$90 service call, usually absorbed in the labor if they do the job. Not here $140 labor to come out another day to install and another $90 for the switch on a cooktop. Thats $320 for a switch! I feel thats too much. The service guy was professional and polite.

Had an appointment at 9-12 no show no call. I call them and am told the repair guy is still at his call before me and was asked if I could wait. I said ok now it's 2:30 and no one is showing. I call and she picks up and hangs up on me with no answer 3 times. Very unprofessional horrible customer service don't waste your whole day like me and pick another business to go through.

Scott came out the same day, was super friendly and informative and also put together a temporary fix while we wait for the replacement hose.
