For years, this was a top notch company, but has recently merged/expanded and their current lack of customer service is fallout from this growth. My alarm system was installed 3 years ago and has had intermittent connectivity issues since installation. Zones go "offline" intermittently which triggers notification calls. The service department members are all very personable, but they do not keep good records and are unable to communicate what the previous technician has tried or done, which is critical for these types of intermittent issues. Furthermore, it is impossible to get the same technician

Alert has a great alarm system, but what really makes them shine is their communication and customer service attitude. As a former customer of ADT, after making the switch to Alert it was much easier to get assistance. The difference was night and day. Would recommend.
