I was dealing with a nit-picky appraiser and a really short deadline to fix a cracked window. Called and talked to the owner, who told me they were really busy but was really helpful and got someone out within 2 days. Mike showed up, wore a mask and gloves, was very knowledgable and polite. He took care of everything quickly and easily, so efficiently he was done before I knew it.
