Residential Construction
We specialize in constructing single-family and multi-family homes with customizable floor plans. Our process emphasizes open, airy designs suited to Florida's climate, incorporating lanai spaces and energy-efficient features. Clients can select from pre-designed models or collaborate on fully custom homes.
Commercial Construction
Our commercial services include new construction, renovations, and carbon fiber structural repairs. We handle projects like restaurant build-outs, office renovations, and institutional facilities, prioritizing budget adherence and timelines while maintaining structural integrity and aesthetic appeal.

Report
We used Truex Preferred Construction to build our new home. I strongly recommend them. Started build on 10/08/16 (purchased last week of August), moved in 04/03/17. I cannot tell you how absolutely happy we are with the quality of our home. Even other builder's contractors stopped by as we were building to say how Bill Truex is the best builder in the area. They pointed out things with our house to the one next door that was going up at the same time to show the difference. Seriously give them a call, you won't regret it. We've been in 4 years and 5 months now. They have also been so receptive
