Dave began working in the construction industry over 40 years ago. As a teen Dave worked part time in the summers as both a framing laborer and a roofer. During this time Dave felt like the homebuilding industry was his future.

From the very beginning through the final step of the process we will walk you through each phase to make your home building experience an enjoyable event.

Construction Process

After the Purchase Agreement is signed, but before we begin moving dirt, many things are beginning to happen. We will create a plot plan of your lot showing the location of the home on the property. The building plans will be submitted to the developer or architectural committee for their approval.

At D&D Custom Homes we've done the hard work for you. By assembling a wide array of options, selections, textures, and colors in our Design Studio you won't be running all over town trying to find the right products for your new home. No matter what your taste our expert will be there to advise you through the process that reflects your personality and dreams.
