Prince was an amazing resource--he absolutely knows everything you could ever need in a security system--including what you DON'T need--and was incredibly helpful in the entire process from start to finish! Ruben's team did a fantastic job on the install--really professional and thoughtful. Bay Alarm also has a lot of great features that you can't find at other security companies, like you can have them send someone out to check on a tripped alarm before they call the police to cut down on false alarms (which are SO Expensive!). Thanks United Security Systems, I feel much safer with you protecting

They are very prevalent in Oakland which is great because you get to take advantage of their frequent patrols. Also great service. After 4 years I needed service on a couple of the sensors. Howard came by and was friendly, quick, and explained to me how to perform easier self service in the future (and refused to take a tip).
