Wonderful experience with professional builders! It rained so much during our construction phase so our ground was soggy for much of the time and that put us behind in getting a finished product, but thats nothing that could be helped. The quality of the work was superior and they always responded quickly to phone calls and questions. Their online customer account for during and after construction was helpful in being able to communicate through the entire process. Highly recommend D&W Homes.

Great homes and good people to deal with. I have been to all 3 locations and have met with all the salesman. The owner will sit down with you to learn your likes and dislikes and may even be able to customize a home that you'd like if you don't like any on their lot.

They work extremely slow. Probably the slowest company we have ever dealt with. They tell you the house will be delivered so and so day, when it comes to that day being here its a sorry were still working on it. Hopefully tomorrow. We have been dealing with this nonsense for 5 months now. And yet, here we are on Thanksgiving week and still dont have a home to live in. We were aware that there was a wait because people were in front of us, but its been 5 months. The house is already built, just a few replacements needed to be added. The house is on the LOT. Drove an hour to go meet with the gentleman about doing a modular home they have some great plans. However he wouldn't drive my distance for a home. He wanted me to use someone closer to me that I was not impressed with. Even though when I called the indicated they would come this far a wasted day
