My AC unit stopped working. I assumed it was the capacitor. I've been told they were $6-10 each from a family member who does this for a living. Plasters technician came out on the quote of $150 which I thought was tolerable because they would review everything as I was selling my home. They replaced the capacitor in about 5 minutes and charged me $230. The $6 capacitor was $160 per their invoice. I called their main office and I only get voice mail. Same as when I called originally. I assume they screen calls. Literally a 2600% markup. Only called on a recommendation of a neighbor. Thanks

This is the best HVAC company in Shenandoah Valley! Hands down!! Over the last three years we had two service issues with our "aged" system. Within a very reasonable amount of time they responded by squeezing us in to their schedule. Took care of the issues without any fuss or up selling. A great team at this family owned business! You will not be disappointed!!
