We are a father and son team, second and third generation technicians, and we are trained professionals. RD Appliance Service, Corp. has been serving Long Island and Nassau County for over half a century.

Alexis is the office manager and customer service representative for RD Appliance Service, Corp. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to help you with all your appliance needs and questions. Francisco joined our company in 2020. He is a graduate of Master Samurai Tech Academy and is a former systems design engineer for a major cable and internet provider.

Excellent staff and courteous. The person who came here to fix my appliance was so kind, he was very intelligent with his knowledge to my appliance especially that it was an older model and very neat. He used a face mask and covered his shoes with a foot shoe covering. Highly recommend your company, for sure!
