K3 Construction Group, Inc. has its roots when first established by Jorge A. Kfoury in 1982 as JAK Construction Company. In 1987 Jeffrey J. Martello was hired to assist in growing the business into a first class construction company. In 1993 due to expansion into the Baltimore market place, JAK became Kfoury Construction Group so as not to be confused with a similarly named Baltimore company.
