After a searing weekend, the air conditioning companies were busy servicing many failed systems. On a Thursday afternoon in mid-July, with two weeks of guests expected to arrive on Saturday, and more 90+ degree weather expected, we needed help and an assessment of why our 12 year old system was blowing warm and hot air into our house.We decided to try Choptank Heating and Air because it is located nearby in Preston. When you helped me last year you were great!
But, when I contacted you this spring (as I said I would) to have my system "check up" for summer, I got no response.
So, you missed an opportunity there.
