We had our entire front and back yard landscaped with them. I was concerned that we were doing the planting in late September and expressed concern that the plants would survive. Two roses did not. I emailed 5/26 to replace per warranty and I was told that we missed the Mother's Day annual replacement and there is no time line on when I can receive new roses. I now have to replace out of my own pocket so I can enjoy what I paid for this season because they do not honor their warranty. I also had a flagstone piece crack in half within a few months and asked for it to be replaced and was told

Outside Dreams installed two block retaining walls and a sprinkler system for us. The jobs were done professionally, as promised, and beautifully. The work crew was respectful, pleasant and hard working. We are completely satisfied with their work. We highly recommend them.
