Artiva website is confusing and broken. I tried to buy one of their recliners, which said was "In Stock". I was able to add it to my cart and go to the checkout screen. I applied their storewide sale coupon, but it didn't give me the discount. 3 days of email tag later with their representatives and they alert me that the chair I want isn't in stock (even though their website says it is). I can't tell if their website is just terrible (discount is ignored on recliner) or if the sales representatives are lying to me about it being in stock..
