Weve been trying to start a project with SAC since early December. Our walk through for a cost estimate was 6 weeks ago and we were told wed here something back maybe in 2-3 weeks. Zero updates, no response to emails. Left in the dark and feeling our project wasnt worth their time.

I sent a request for quote via their website. After 2-3 weeks I hadn't heard anything so I called during office hours. They found my RFQ immediately. They told me they're focusing on other types of projects, not the project type I'm in need of. I can appreciate and understand that. I gave them one star because they didn't have the simple courtesy to take 2-3 minutes to reply to my email or call me to decline my request. I won't give them a second chance

We hired SAC Remodeling for a fairly big remodel of our basement. We told them what we wanted, and they turned it into a definite plan. The office did a great job of communicating with us throughout the project. The workers were considerate as they worked, cleaned up after themselves, and did a high quality job. They started and finished the project in good time.
