I've been looking to build a detached garage/workshop for a couple years now. However, the contractors I have interviewed for the job have all had major flaws in their business. Then I was introduced to Bob. From the very first meeting I knew he was professional, on time and on budget. As we talked about the plans, he pointed out things that none of the other builders had caught that needed to be changed. Without catching these things before we started to build. This would have cost tens of thousands of dollars to fix after we were already building. The extra attention to detail comes from being

I have hired Tuscany to do several jobs for me and I have always been extremely impressed with the employees being so nice to my kids that are inquisitive as to what is going on and with the finished product. They are not the cheapest estimate that we received but everyone knows if you want quality work you don't hire the cheapest. They have made sure what was the finished product was what I wanted just in case some adjustments needed to be made. They left the space clean when they left which has been great as not all contractors do that. I recommend everyone that I know to this company as I know

I would like to give a huge shout out to Bob and Tuscany Builders. Bob helped a friend of mine in Pleasant Grove with a project. His service was professional, he did what he said he would do and didn't take advantage of the situation. It's the second time I have recommended him and I will continue to do so! Excellent work and highly recommended!

I met Bob after interviewing about about a dozen general contractors. They all give you the same pitch about "watch out for low-ball bids" and "the construction industry is crazy right now" blah blah blah. I was building a large custom home. It has an indoor sport court, secrete tunnels, etc. Needless to say, I needed someone who knew what they were doing. Bob is the reason I did not go crazy. I cannot think of a single instance on the entire project when Bob did not meet a deadline he said he would meet. There were things on my plans that looked great on paper but did not make sense once constructed

Some guy driving a truck for this company was harrasing some poor guy at Home Depot yesterday Nov 25th 2018. He even waited for him to come out of the store to keep saying things to him.
