Restoration they don't know the meaning. Oh yes they will work with your insurance company just to screw you over even more. Research others who have written good reviews you will find out they are friends and relatives of titans employees.
Don't become a VICTIM!! As to many have! Titian only wants one thing from you as much money as they can get from you! They are the worst I've ever seen and now you've been warned

Titan Restoration construction did a Amateur job on my repairs. They were paid over $160,000 for repairs that were never completed. Contractor took doors, handles, outlet covers etc and never returned them… to homeowner. Contractor never replaced lighting
fixtures leaving holes in ceiling. House could not pass inspection for Electric or plumbing. Contractor plastered over multiple air conditioning vents so
house now is not fully under air. Multiple electrical fixtures no longer work as electric was not hooked up correctly. It is been over a year and Contractor has never returned to complete

Had a drain water issue from condo above us, water coming through the ceiling in the wall and behind kitchen cabinets. They showed up the next morning, started the drying process and removing contaminated drywall. When dry the reconstruction began and was completed in less than 2 days. Unbelievable, no unexpected delays or excuses for not being there and getting it done. We are now back to normal living as before the incident. Wish we had crews like this in our home in Maryland. Good job guys!
