Went in with a service question. Man from behind the desk never looked up as he basically told me he wouldnt help! Never seen or experienced this horrible of service!! I wont ever go back and I will not suggest this place to anyone else!!!

Don't Buy Parts Here
Washing machine pump went out. Store rep looked up part by washer model number and we took the pump home. Pump didn't fit. Store wouldn't take part back due to policy. So, the policy is Super Applicance sells you the wrong part, takes your money, no returns. Out a $100!

Bought a stove. I was under the impression it was a dual fuel, gas stove top and electric oven. After it was delivered discovered it was not. I immediately called and asked if I might return it, have called several times, 3sha is super kind and sweet, but apparently the owners make the decisions, and they will not call me back after 3 days, now I am stuck with a stove that puts me in the same position I was before hand. Will not recommend to anyone at this time.

Bought my Classic Speed Queen Their it came at the perfect timing but my mother in law ordered a refrigerator from their and it's been over 2 weeks and she still hasn't received it also had to get on then for her washer
