We chose PHI for our roof replacement after getting other bids. PHI was the only one who found damage and was able to explain the reasons for their bids and help with insurance claims. While the price was high/equivalent to other higher end bids, their quality and responsiveness was excellent -- totally worth it. They took photos to show their work. They had estimated a 2-day job but it took 3 days, which happens. The office staff was responsive and made the scheduling and invoicing process easy. I would highly recommend PHI for your roof replacement.

We basically had the entire exterior of our home updated. Stucco removal, installation of siding, new gutters, new window extrusions, new decking and railing on an existing deck. No job goes 100% smoothly but for the size of this project it was pretty close. Hats off to Mike Sr., Kaitlin and Todd

We used Preferred Home Improvement (PHI) for a full exterior remodel, including new siding, gutters, soffits and trim work, windows, portico roof, entry landing, and stonework. We got several quotes from other well-known full-service general contractors and separate trades (i.e., siding, window, carpenter, and mason) and PHI was very competitive on pricing and after seeing the work they did I would consider them great value. The process of contracting them was seamless from start to finish and you really get a personal touch from this family business. I am very particular (picky) and they far exceeded
