Report
We chose Svaras Roofing, Inc. to replace our 24 year old original Roof, skylight, and Gutters for their craftsmanship and service. Peter and his highly skilled Team have been roofers for a long time. They use top quality Owens Corning materials and know what to do and how to do it. They covered our plants and bushes and kept the grounds clear of the deconstruction materials and the dreaded nails through the day-and-one-half process. They even finished the job up on the 2nd day in a few hours of heavy rain. New special color gutters, downspouts, and gutter guards were installed the following week

It's been almost 4 months since Pete and his crew did our roof and so far everything has been great, no leaks or loose shingles. Pete remained true to his original quote which was fair. There were no surprises or additional cost. His crew left the work site clean and no landscape was distributed. I would highly recommend this contractor.

Report
Throughout our many years as homeowners, we have hired countless people to do various home-improvement jobs. Peter Svaras and his crew are, in every way, the best people we have ever hired. We have an architecturally complex roof with numerous peaks and corners, skylights, and flashings. Our old roof had problems and needed to be replaced. Using the internet, interviewing numerous roofers, and even visiting a roofing supplier, I gained extensive knowledge about roofs, roofing material, roofing techniques, and individual roofers and their pricing. We made an educated choice to hire Peter
