Services

Landscape Design

We create customized landscape designs that integrate native plants, sustainable materials, and functional outdoor living spaces. Our process begins with client consultations to understand lifestyle needs and aesthetic preferences, followed by detailed blueprints and implementation. Each design emphasizes ecological balance, water efficiency, and pollinator habitats while ensuring long-term beauty and usability.

Bee Lawns

Our bee lawn installations replace traditional turf with low-maintenance, biodiversity-supporting ground covers like clover and flowering herbs. These lawns require less water and no synthetic chemicals while providing critical food sources for bees and other pollinators. We prepare soil thoroughly and select regionally appropriate plant mixes to ensure thriving, resilient ecosystems.

Gardening Services

We offer year-round organic gardening services including planting, pruning, seasonal cleanups, and soil enrichment. Our chemical-free approach nurtures healthy plant growth while protecting local waterways and wildlife. Services extend to vegetable gardens, woodland gardens, and specialized pollinator habitats, all maintained with eco-conscious tools and techniques.

Decks & Fences

We construct durable, aesthetically integrated decks, fences, and pergolas using sustainably sourced materials. Our designs prioritize low-maintenance durability and environmental compatibility, with options like reclaimed wood and composite materials. Each structure complements the natural landscape while enhancing outdoor living functionality and property value.

Soil Restoration

Our soil restoration services rebuild depleted soils through compost application, microbial inoculation, and organic amendments. This foundational work improves plant vitality, water retention, and carbon sequestration. We analyze existing soil conditions to create tailored remediation plans that support long-term landscape health and resilience against climate stressors.

Russ and Chesney have a unique view on landscaping as their primary focus is creating healthy environments for people, pets, and wildlife. Their team is hardworking, they have great communication and they are dedicated to their work, this I'm sure of. I would highly recommend MFL for anything from weekly lawn mows, all the way up to a complete landscape overhaul.
