I would highly recommend you stay away from Ray or using Ray as your contractor. We provided $5000 for Ray to secure one of his properties as he agreed to hold the construction loan. He spent 60 days doing nothing and then only refunded $3800 of the $5000 because he didnt want to hold the loan.. basically he took the money with the intent of holding the loan then backed out and didnt refund the money. Trust me, this is not someone you want to work with or trust on a large project. Information like 200 per sq foot, hidden fees of $17000 and other information was not provided at the time of

Ray is very easy to work with and was responsive to my concerns. I love our new kitchen and the refreshed first floor of our home!

We found Ray Bullins Construction to be professional, easy to work with, and a pleasure to communicate with, while working thru the preliminary, planning, contracting, construction, and completion phases. One of the areas that can significantly impact customer satisfaction is the subcontractors a contractor uses.We were especially pleased with some of their subcontractors that were exceptional.
