The Planning process is unique with Jerry Fedewa Homes. We know that when you are building a custom home you want a custom design. So we don't offer you floor plan A, B, or C with elevation 1, 2, or 3. We ask you what you want, so we can start designing the home you want. Almost every Jerry Fedewa Home is completely unique.
You can show us the kitchen you want, or the lay out you are looking for and we incorporate the features you want. If you work from home, we can make a very nice home office. In this meeting we get an understanding of your project. We discuss the size of home, features, location, and price point. We also show you the different house plan options. While in this phase you will start talking to a bank lender to start the construction loan process. Determine house plan and building site location: Once you find a home design, we customize the plan to your exact specifications.
