We were the first company to rollform steel building panels in the state of Indiana and one of the first companies to begin custom cut steel for construction application in the United States.

W.O. Pope founded Pope Steel Buildings in Greenfield, Indiana and began our longstanding reputation as an innovative leader in the fabrication of steel throughout the Midwest and abroad. Brothers Don and Harold Pope recognized the need for both Post-Frame and Commercial Steel Panels and Components and evolved the business into the Custom Metal Industries we know today.
