There is no doubt that Chris W is an expert technician who checks all the boxes. He put booties on entering the house and crawled into a crowded awkward spot to service our heater. Techician showed up 3 hrs after a 4 hr window! Wanted to charge me $1,300 for a fan motor. George Hoffman heating and AC was contacted for second opinion. George replaced the fan motor for $236! First class is unethical and dishonest. Do not use them!

I concur with Jeffrey Rineers review from 3 days ago, My experience is EXACTLY the same, I called today and was told that I couldnt get an appt for hvac maintenance until Dec. 20. That is untenable as I have had no problem in the past with First Class HVAC. During phone call; I find out that Horizon has taken over.no notice from First Class about this change. This is NOT first class service, I will be switching my HVAC company ASAP
