My washer stopped working, so I gave Southwest Appliance a call. I was greeted by a friendly and professional lady who took my information and got me an appointment for the next day. (She offered to call if an opening came up that day, but I told her mine was not dire, the next day was fine). I was sent a text confirmation with phone number and… time window. I was kept updated of a slight delay (30 minutes later than window time). Matt my technician arrived and greeted me with sincere plesantness. I told him what problem I had and he immediately went to work. He explained that he was going

This company is great Matt and Mike wore booties and masks which we were really happy withvery efficient, the replacement part only took two days to arrive I called Monday morning they came out that evening two days later the fridge is fixedvery reasonable priced as wellI have used repair technicians in the past usually through a warranty program and for the best part most are useless and the parts take weeks to arrive.so it was really refreshing to have polite, knowledgeable guys that knew their stuffI will recommend Southwest appliance repair to all our friends.
