My diswasher rack broke..a week before Christmas. I tried to fix it myself, but just couldn't. I found DC Appliance online, and the website made it so easy to make an appointment. They confirmed and then followed up with another email. The night before my service call I received a message giving me a window of when they would arrive, and the service man called me as he was driving to the house.

Shout out to DC appliance repair! They gave helped us out a few times. Dominic was just out here to help us for the second time (unrelated issues) and was so polite, pleasant and knowledgeable. Our washing machine was fixed in a few minutes. These people are the best.

We first met DC appliances when our refrigerator warranty company sent them. They came out 3-4 separate times for different issues with the fridge. Each time they were great! 5 years later, and we had another issue with our fridge now that the warranty is out. They came out the next day, even though I said no rush. He called before arrival, was on… time, friendly, and knew what he was looking for once the problems were described. An hour later, the fridge is good as new. Their prices are very reasonable too. Thank you so much for an amazing experience!

Very pleased with this company! Requesting service was effortless through their website. Unlike some companies that don't seem to pay attention to their emails or web requests, this one promptly scheduled service for a date of my choosing. Their robo-call confirmed the night before and gave me an arrival window. The technician, Robert, was extremely professional and helpful. He called when he was on his way and gave me his ETA. He very quickly diagnosed my issue and gave me honest advice about how to proceed - repair or buy a new unit? He also gave me advice on how to improve efficiency

The technician, Chuck, arrived promptly, with mask and booties. He identified the problem and had to order the part. He returned within the time frame he promised and fixed the issue. I would highly recommend him and DC Appliance repair. Professional, efficient and curteous.
