Responsive and outstanding customer service. 24/7 service. McCullough Air conditioning installed a new air conditioning system and discovered a leak in the lines from the outside compressor to the inside. They spent all day fixing the line. I would definitely recommend McCullough

A bit delayed on this post, but that proves the company stuck in my mind as a very well run company. Ben gave me a very honest assessment on my A/C unit and the options I had. I chose a new unit. Then, only months later, Ben answered returned a call after 10pm on a holiday night in the mid Florida summer heat and showed up that same night so my baby and 2 year old would be able to sleep in the A/C (a user error fault, btw). Then he took the extra time to show me how to prevent what happened and did all that in the most happy and professional manner. Highly recommend this team.

Ben McCullough is knowledgeable, efficient, and always accommodating when we were down. No high pressure sales just good ole honest information that will help keep your unit running smooth, your family comfortable all without robbing the bank. You don't stay in business for over 40 years doing people wrong in a small town where everybody knows your family name. Ben had big shoes to fill and he is doing an amazing job carrying on the family business!

The company replaced my 15 year old system. Price was about what I expected. They did offer a military discount which was amiable. The installation was not level as far as the exterior unit goes. The company did send someone back out to my residence to remedy it and they were complete in about 20 minutes. The gents were always kind and courteous.

I highly recommend this company. We called them and they came and diagnosed the problem. They were back the next day for the install and did a fabulous job. They were careful to keep the place clean and were very fast with the work they did. It was just before a holiday weekend and saved our weekend. I was very impressed with them. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.
