Geothermal Systems
Geothermal systems harness Earth's stable temperature for efficient heating and cooling. These systems circulate water-antifreeze mixtures through underground pipes, transferring heat to or from buildings. They reduce energy bills by 30-60% while qualifying for tax credits, making them cost-effective long-term solutions for residential properties.
Radiant Heat
Radiant heat systems provide consistent warmth through heated floors. Using hydronic tubing or electric mats beneath flooring surfaces, they eliminate cold spots and improve comfort. Ideal for cold climates, these systems also melt snow on driveways while offering energy savings compared to traditional forced-air systems.
Central Air
Central air conditioning delivers whole-home cooling through ductwork and vents. Our systems maintain optimal humidity levels while filtering indoor air. Designed for efficiency in moderate climates, they integrate with heating systems for year-round climate control with minimal maintenance requirements.
Heat Pumps
Heat pumps provide dual heating and cooling functionality by transferring heat between indoor and outdoor environments. These energy-efficient units reduce utility costs while operating quietly. They work best in moderate climates but may require supplemental heating in extreme cold conditions.
Boilers
Modern boilers generate heat through steam or hot water distribution systems. Our high-efficiency models reduce energy consumption while providing reliable warmth. Ideal for homes without natural gas access, these systems combine traditional reliability with contemporary efficiency improvements.

Wouldnt recommend using Gagnon. One of the selling points from Gagnon Heating and Air Conditioning was that we handle all the paperwork. When the rebate paperwork wasnt submitted on time, Jeff gave ever excuses why he wasnt liable. From we mailed you the paperwork, which he couldnt verify, to that they couldnt be held countable for a policy change by Efficiency Maine. Come to find out the policy change happened months prior to contacting Gagnon. Not a person who can be trusted for his word.

Called to ask a general question after receiving a quote from another company was greeted by the most patient receptionist who went above and beyond to help me! Ended up saving $1,200. I will definitely use Gagnon HVAC going forward. A little kindness goes a long way!

Very professional and easy to work with. We had issues relating to coordination with a electrician for final hook-up that was addressed professionally and to our satisfaction with little stress. Would be a good idea for them to either hire an electrician on staff to handle hookups. Were thinking a second system at some point in the future and would happily work with them again.
