Matt did a repair on our hot water heater. He did a good job at a fair price. I plan on using him again in the future. If I had known about Lakeside Mechanical when I built our new house, I would have used them for all my plumbing/heating needs. I already recommended them to my daughter and son in law who plan on building a new home later this year.

Matt is amazing very helpful and kind. He came out and helped us making sure we had hot water. I live with my 70 year old father who has a hard time another plumber ripped us off but matt took care of us and made sure the issue was fixed promptly. Will only do business with him from now on!

Work order sent to him thru AHS, had to call him and he told us he can get to us same day due to emergency with no heat in house. Never called back to keep me informed of him showing up or not. I highly don't recommend this company regardless of what work he can do, customer service fails for this company. American Home Shield (AHS) also was notified of this issue.
