I had a great experience working with JJWelch on my home renovation this past summer. The team was reliable, responsive, and worked incredibly hard to complete the job on a very tight schedule. These guys know how to get a job done and do it well! Couldn't be happier! Thank you Justin & Team!

As a multi-unit franchise owner, I have worked with my fair share of GCs in the past, and I wanted to express how pleased I was with JJ Welch's timeliness, attention to detail, and attentive communication. We also enjoyed all of the subs we came across on the job. They were professional, caring and kind. Our JJ Welch buildout finished ahead of schedule and the studio is beautiful! 10/10 would recommend them for your next business venture!

We just completed a huge build-out of a new office space in Salem. From the beginning Justin and his team over at JJ Welch were so easy to work with! From quick and clear communication, to answering any questions we might have, JJ Welch made this build-out go as smoothly as possible! they always made us feel well taken care of and never ignored. I honestly couldn't believe how responsive they were through the entire process. It's easy to tell how much pride they put in their work and craftsmanship, and their professionalism shines through. It is evident that they care about the people they work

Our Restaurant group has done many builds and Reno's over the years. We have found Justin and his crew to be without peer. When you combine the quality along with the communication and flexibility the results are outstanding. They stand by and support their work. Our company puts up a high bar when it comes to construction standards with a competitive price and J.J. Welch exceeds this with every project. I believe we have completed six projects already and have already lined them up for our future projects. I give my highest recommendation for using them for your construction needs.

Justin Welch and his entire team have been outstanding to work with on my construction project. In the bidding process they distinguished themselves as being attentive, thorough and professional. Once we selected them, it was immediately apparent that we made the right decision. The project will be completed within the original timeline and budget. As with any project like this, there have been unforeseen issues. I am most impressed with JJ Welch's ability to navigate those obstacles and resolve my concerns. It's also worth noting that he seems to have a great relationship with his sub contractors
