I reached out to this company because someone else in my condo used them and they were happy. I dealt with Yury on the phone who was my go to contact. We booked an appointment the following week which was perfect for my schedule. These guys diagnosed my LG mini split and recommended a few repairs. We went with the more long term fix which was an isolated pressure test. All in all it was a bit pricey but well worth the peace of mind we got. Thanks premier team for the help.

My boiler stop working on one of the coldest nights of the year, which was a Saturday. I called Sunday morning spoke to Boris, he was able to send Stratos. He was very knowledgeable, explained in detail what was wrong and how he fix it. He did a great job and my boiler is working wonderfully. I highly recommend Premier HVAC Services.

The house had some heat but the thermostat seemed to have no control over the boiler. Boris was very knowledgeable and gave us a complete walk through of what he was doing. He found out that the problem was in the "pigtail" and spent time cleaning it out for us because we hadn't been doing proper maintenance. I would recommend Boris and this service. Thanks.

Quality of the service call was fine. No knock on the subcontractor being used, I thought he was professional and handled the job well. Costs are probably on the more expensive end given the subcontracting model though. My issue is with the rudeness of the project management staff, in particular Boris. The service call was 3 hours late and ran at least an hour longer than expected, which happens - I get it. I asked if they could offer some kind of discount to compensate for the inconvenience since it made us late for other engagements that had to be cancelled for fees. But instead I got a rude

Called this company for an issue with my HVAC unit. I described my issue to the person who answered and he responded saying the job was "too small for him and he wasn't interested in taking it up". Just unbelievable since I was okay to pay for their service call fee and whatever $$ it takes to fix.

I had an emergency with my furnace... i did a google search and I decided to call Premier. It turned out that I went with the right company. Not only did they deliver and install in a timely manner but did a fabulous job. Boris explained to me what was needed and assured me from beginning to end with updated phone calls and text. His workers were courteous and polite. I highly recommend Premier.
