TLC renovated my daughters' bathroom two years ago and completed our laundry room last month. Both of the jobs reflect the highest standards of workmanship and attention to detail. The workers from TLC are awesome and we trust them to continue any effort if we are home or not. You pay for a quality job and you get it! We are planning our next project with them now.

Don't rent from this guy. But if you must ensure you have rights as a tenant and read your contract thoroughly. He will try to circumvent the law by taking your rights as a renter away if you allow him. He's a wolf in sheeps clothing.
