We hired Bright Side to build a sunroom because their proposal had the best design at a reasonable price among four estimates. And we couldnt be happier with the result: a beautiful 16-by-20-foot glass enclosed room with a 16-foot cathedral ceiling, knee walls and a raised vinyl plank floor. They even enclosed the crawlspace below the floor so we can store outdoor equipment beneath the room. I've used Bright Side roofing on 2 residential and 1 commercial project. Each time I experienced absolute professionalism from Bobby and his team. Excellent response time when I was in a bind and outstanding communication from everyone involved. One thing that really stood out to me was the pride they took in their job site. They took care of everything the way an award winning chef treats his kitchen. It's one thing to do good work, it's a whole different level to look good doing it. I will definitely use them again and will suggest anyone looking to have a roof replaced do the same.

Shame. I called to have a spot repaired, confirmed the age of the roof, explained it was a small leak around a gutter or small spot where a tree limb used to lay, and was confirmed an appointment. Shows up, says the whole roof is done wrong, he doesn't work on a roof older than 10 years. Waste of time. I really wish all this was confirmed over the phone when I called and gave all of the information to the receptionist without wasting both of our time.
