Our hot water heater crashed unexpectedly and 3 Brothers understood we couldn't go weeks without hot water. They found a way to work us into their schedule within 48 hours of calling. The plumber (Storm) was extremely pleasant & professional. He quickly removed the broken unit and installed the new one in a short amount of time. Thank you 3 Brothers for your excellent customer service! We'll definitely use this company again.

Service was good until it came to the invoice. I was quoted for 25 feet of gas line and only 15 was installed so I brought that to their attention so my final bill would be accurate. I received a phone call from the quoter telling me he doesnt like when people call for discounts then he gave me an excuse as to why the install was logistically difficult for him. He reluctantly took about half of what should have been taken off of my bill. Ill be calling his supervisor.
