After working with Leo on a demolition and excavation estimate for our home gut and renovation/addition project, I knew that he would be someone we would like to have around, which was what was most important to us. A general contractor needs to have the know-how and the talent, which he clearly has more than enough of, but to us, he also needed to be pleasant, respectful and someone we could trust. Leo AND his team were all of these things for us.
