Our Snow and Ice Management provides parking lot and sidewalk services ranging from an entire subdivision's roadways to maintaining commercial properties' sidewalks "practically free of snow."

In 1968 the Coughlin family's growing Property Management Company, developed a need for a maintenance division. As the Management Company grew so did the Maintenance division. In 1984 Ted Coughlin took the reigns of the Maintenance division, and has been growing ever since forming Coughlin Service Corp in 1996, with a focus on customer service, tradition and pride.
