If you are buying a home from Tom make sure that everything you want completed at the home is done before the sale is completed. There was no follow through with the 60 day and 1 year walk through.

Built our house with Quest 6 years ago. Would highly recommend them. If we ever built again, we would call them first. We have only built once. After hearing horror stories form our friends who have built, we would never go anywhere else.
