As a design/builder, E.S. Johnson made the entire process seamless from design, through architectural planning, through the build. Eric quoted us one price for our home (which included allowances) and delivered the agreed product at that price. We couldn't be happier with our house. We were looking to build our first house in 2013, and started the process of meeting with as many builders as we could.

Since 1964 people have been happily building and enjoying Lake Norman, known as the "inland sea" just a few miles outside of Charlotte, NC. Lake Norman hails 530 miles of splendid shoreline. However, this 53 years of enjoyment and prosperity have left little opportunity for new homes. Thus, Lake Norman 2.0, the rebuilding of its current residences and creating new opportunities for living.
