I contacted Pete Lancaster about an issue with my recently-purchased Lancaster home. Id been cooking in the kitchen when one of the two large chandeliers over the kitchen island came crashing down from the ceiling. The culprit: cheap, plastic electrical boxes were used for the heavy chandeliers, and their electrician had over-tightened the screws, which in-turn had broken the plastic tabs retaining the fixture. I first reached out via email, but was ignored, and finally reached Pete, who confirmed he received the email but there was nothing he could do about it. I explained the situation
