On the recommendation of a neighbor, I contracted with Tom Motz Homes to build a room above the garage (to use as an office). Brian was my main point of contact, and the designer. I'm very pleased with the room and the entire process. It went so smoothly, with scheduling and details taken care of so that I could continue focusing on my own work. I look forward to working with them again on other projects, and I don't plan to shop around. This company seems to have gathered all the best subcontractors, they're friendly and professional, and they take care of the project management well!

My family has used Motz for multiple projects including renovations and new builds and we wouldn't use anybody else. The quality shows in their work and you know when they are on the job it will look amazing. Our new addition matches our current house perfectly and you wouldn't know it wasn't all built together. Our interior renovations were a great update and they were completed much faster than expected. As a young couple with the opportunity to build and motivated to maximize our value, we researched and viewed many newer homes that were built by Tom Motz and other local builders. Tom Motz Homes were undoubtedly distinguished in quality craftsmanship and attention to detaila consistent trademark denoted when taking a first step into one of their homes.
