My wife and I visited the dealership on 10/23/21. We were immediately met (in a friendly and welcoming manner) by Carl Collins upon arrival. I was in the market for a very specific (2016-2018 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali 6.2l) truck and City had one of about a dozen within a 50 mile radius of me so I knew exactly what I was looking for and this 2018 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali with 33k miles was just it.
Judging from the online pictures and ad, this one looked to be the cleanest with the lowest miles and competitively priced (relative to the other dealers and the current market). Carl pulled the truck up and it did not disappoint. Clearly, the previous (and sole)owner treated this truck as if it were a prized item.
Not to take away from the professionalism of the dealership, but the truck sold itself on the spot. Moving onto the paperwork and closing the deal, Carl was very professional, intelligent and polite (not pushy at all) throughout the process of us considering if we were going to seal the deal or not.
