I had my kitchen remodeled recently with BT Kitchen. From the start process to the finish , ran smoothly as planned. John was reliable, honest and helpful '. Then the professional ones, Joe, Dalton, his son; and Chris who uninstall and install the cabinet and granite, are excellent and experienced people. They are hardworking, , reliable and their work are excellent. They came on time and worked till late afternoon to finish it. They did it as written in their contract. No hidden lies. I am very happy and satisfied with their work on my kitchen. even my friends praise it. I cannot ask any better

Every part of the experience was great for us. We went into the show room and John was very professional and patient with us while trying to pick out counter tops for the first time in our lives. He did not at any point make us feel any pressure to buy anything or any particular thing. The pricing was very straight forward. The installers came a few weeks later and were very professional, clean, and did an absolutely wonderful job!

We had purchased and installed granite countertops for our kitchen and master bath. John had made the process so easy and ensured we were completely satisfied throughout the entire process. John made sure we got the best price on granite. We got a higher quality granite at a discounted price, one that competitors couldn't beat! Once the work was complete, we received a follow up phone call to see how it went. We noticed a couple edges that the polish missed, but they came out the next day and fixed it. I would highly recommend them!
