Noticed that our water heater was leaking, so I did a web inquiry for a quote on a new water heater install. I got a response within minutes of my email and the quote was more reasonable than any other place I reached out to. The gentleman that replaced our water heater was courteous, on-time and was very professional. I will definitely be calling this business for any future needs.

We had a backup in our basement on Friday, called Elite Plumbing, and Travis came to our house on Saturday morning to resolve the issue. He didn't charge extra for weekend hours, or for the fact that we live in a rural area. He communicated well, gave clear and honest answers, and all around had amazing customer service. We will be contacting this company for any additional services we need done on our house!

Found out that my water heater was leaking so I shut off the supply and drained it (no running water - my family isn't very good at roughing it). I called Travis that night and explained the situation. He came over and replaced the old water heater the next day. Very fast and professional. I highly recommend Elite Plumbing & Drain Cleaning!

Elite Plumbing replaced a failing and old jetted tub with a new soaker tub. Travis was easy to work with and got the project done in a very timely and inexpensive manner and the tub is a huge improvement to the house. Our 1 yo no longer has to bathe in the kitchen sink and we don't have to worry about an outdated jetted tub, as he took it away free of charge. It was an easy and straightforward process on our end and we will definitely call Elite for the next project.

I would highly recommend Travis with Elite Plumbing to everyone! I have a had a few problems with plumbing since buying my home in Nov 2016. He has gone above & beyond to be there & fix them. He is honest & courteous & knowledgeable about his work. He explains what he needs to do & how much it will be. I found him to be very reasonable.
