I have read some of the negative feedbacks on this Essex based company, and have to say how sorry I am to see them, because I have been dealing with them over the past 3 difficult weeks and found them all to be EXEMPLARY in ALL WAYS! A couple of weeks ago, we here in Bournemouth needed 8 {eight} huge tree planters, they had to be square and 80cm x 80 cm! so very big ones! None of the nurseries here in Bournemouth or all of the Dorset area, could supply. So I stumbled on SUREGREEN ON LINE. There, they had just what we thought might do the job. So, a phone call to the helpful, kind

Ordered some treated sleepers for delivery. Received an order confirmation straight away. Phone call day before the delivery was due to arrive. Morning of the delivery day I received a link to track the driver so I knew exactly when to expect them. I dont know why all companies cant provide this kind of tracking service. Saves chasing up trying to find out where your order is! Brilliant service and great products. Will be using again in the future.

I ordered on the online chat, paid over the phone and picked up a pallet of sleepers. So quick and easy, I had to drive a long way but the process of everything and ease of it made it a good choice.
