Log Homes

Natural Element Homes crafts custom log homes using premium materials like Eastern White Pine and Western Red Cedar. Our log homes feature precision-cut logs with lifetime warranties, diverse corner joinery options, and sustainable forestry practices. Clients can choose from over 300 plans or create fully customized designs through our Virtual Design Center, ensuring homes that blend traditional aesthetics with modern energy efficiency.

Timber Frame Homes

Our timber frame homes utilize large structural beams connected with mortise-and-tenon joinery for both strength and artistic appeal. These homes combine centuries-old techniques with modern engineering, offering exposed wooden interiors and customizable layouts. Clients benefit from nationwide builder support and integration with energy-efficient systems like EnergyLock Wall technology for long-term sustainability.

Hybrid Homes

Hybrid homes merge conventional stick-built construction with timber frame elements in high-impact areas like great rooms. This approach balances cost-effectiveness with dramatic design features, allowing clients to incorporate timber accents while maintaining budget flexibility. Over 40 siding options and customizable layouts ensure unique, functional spaces tailored to individual needs.

Design Services

Our Virtual Design Center enables real-time collaboration on home plans, with 3D modeling and virtual walkthroughs. Clients can modify existing designs or create custom layouts with in-house experts, receiving budgeting assistance and bid-set CAD plans. This service ensures precise visualization and adjustments before construction begins, streamlining the building process.

Outdoor Living Structures

We design and build outdoor living spaces like timber pavilions, pergolas, and event barns. The design fees were very reasonable when compared to architectural firms in the Hudson Valley, and the outcome is better than what we dreamed of. Our home
