Services
Termite Treatment
Our termite treatment services protect Arizona properties using industry-leading products and trained technicians. We address subterranean termite infestations through comprehensive soil treatments and offer 36-month warranties for pre-treatment applications. With billions spent annually on termite damage nationwide, our preventive solutions help homeowners avoid costly repairs while maintaining structural integrity.
Scorpion Control
Specialized scorpion control programs target Arizona's resilient bark scorpion population through chemical treatments and mechanical barriers. Our experienced technicians address scorpion habitats in walls and ceilings while implementing preventive measures to reduce reinfestation risks. We prioritize safety for families with young children or elderly residents who face heightened risks from scorpion stings.
Mosquito Control
Mosquito control services combat Arizona's increasing mosquito populations using surface applications, fogging, and standing water treatment. Our technicians educate homeowners about eliminating breeding grounds while implementing targeted treatments to reduce mosquito activity in outdoor spaces. This helps mitigate risks from mosquito-borne illnesses while improving outdoor living comfort.
Rodent Control
Professional rodent control addresses mice and rat infestations that threaten property integrity and health. Our technicians implement exclusion programs to prevent entry while eliminating existing populations through humane removal and trapping. We address structural vulnerabilities to prevent future infestations and mitigate risks from rodent-borne diseases and property damage caused by gnawing activity.
Weed Control
Customized weed control programs combine pre-emergent and post-emergent treatments to manage Arizona's challenging weed species. Our technicians develop tailored plans based on property assessments, plant types, and future landscaping goals. We offer 6-month warranties on full-yard treatments and follow-up services to address resistant weeds, ensuring long-term lawn health.

Been using Cummings for over 20 years. Great people and great customer response. If an issue comes up - they are there to correct it.
Moved homes about 6 months ago but didn't and wouldn't change my pet control service. They really are the best.

Josh and his crew did an amazing job, everyone including the girls in the office are super easy to deal with. Very knowledgeable about the service and product they are providing. I got my inspection done, every room was checked and when the team arrived (early since they were ahead of schedule AND called to make sure earlier was good) I showed them the main area that I have seen activity at, and then efficiently treated the entire outside of the home, treated inside my garage and then spot treated the areas inside my home that had been affected. 10/10 would recommend and defiantly going to use

This is by far the best exterminating company I've ever experienced. Nate, the owner, advised me on an infestation and Jeff, the technician, took care of it. Since then my maintenance service has been nothing short of exceptional, with Jeff getting my home mostly free of insects (if I do see any they're dead, or close to dead), which I've never experienced, especially in the middle of Summer.

Cummings has been providing pest control for my home and for many of my clients for years and we have always been very happy with their service. Chris, our technician, is the nicest and most professional gentleman and being that he always brings him treats, our black lab Bear loves him as well!

Courtesy and Quality. Thomas is our tech. Ask for him, he is so nice, gentle and caring. Great value for your fair monthly service fee. Cummings was in my neighborhood in 1984 and still serves South Scottsdale at the quality of care we found 35 years ago. For office nay-sayers... courtesy begets courtesy. This is a family owned business and not a mega company owned by a corporation.
