This company has some of the best folks to work with in the area. They were professional and the communication was great. I appreciated meeting Juan who did my initial inspection and walked me through the roof replacement process. Then, it was Alexis who was in constant communication before the service began, throughout the day to answer my questions and even afterwards to follow up after installation.

United Roofing replaced our roof which was damaged in a hailstorm. Our primary contact, Mark, was always available and talked us through the whole process, including insurance. On the job, superintendent Alexis was thorough and completely professional. He checked in with us early in the day and told us what to expect, he continued to follow up during the day and did the final inspection. He was knowledgeable and patient with our questions. They were the best company I have ever dealt with. I moved from Montana to Myrtle Beach and bought a house that I knew was going to need a new roof. They gave me bids on multiple roof types. After choosing the roof and color they came out on time the day after delivering the material, stripped the old roof, installed the new roof in one day! The workers were hard working, cheerful and respectable.
They cleaned up all of their mess, use a large magnet to make sure they picked up all the nails. I would highly recommend United Contractors Roofing for any roofing needs. They are honest and trustworthy

The United team was extremely professional and helpful. Juan inspected the hail damage to our roof and coordinated all of the information our insurance company needed.
