My oven igniter burned out this weekend so I called Raytech hoping for a miracle. The scheduling agent advised I was lucky since they had a cancellation and the techs were in my area. They called five minutes later and said they were on their way. Before I could even get my dog outside they pulled into the driveway. They quickly diagnosed the issue and had the needed part with them! It was less than an hour from the time of my call to the time they cleaned everything up and were out the door. The price was less than I expected. WOULD ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND!!

Called for repair, told operator what problem was and gave codes on machine. Service tech showed without part and I wound having to wait two weeks for repair. Service manager charged me for two visits instead of getting it all done in one shot and tried to flim-flam me on what needed to be done. Never use them again.

Raytech is not in the business of professionally interacting or working with customers. I had to wait months for them to come out to replace a cooktop which they then broke and refuse to be accountable for. Kerry at Customer Service was never pleasant in any of the four interactions I had with her. Preston the service technician had to use his phone to figure out how to do the repair and Ray the owner told me I was better off with three burners working when his company came out than the two I had previously. He also told me I had other choices so if you can find another choice do not use Raytech

Well thanks for coming out and replacing the igniter in my oven. Also, thanks for that not being the issue and the oven still doesnt fully function. No thank you, I will not pay another visit fee so that you can once again troubleshoot the same problem you came out for in the first place. So after 90 days the oven still doesnt work properly. If I was half as bad at my job as this experience, I would be looking for employment elsewhere. But great business model if you never want repeat customers!!
