This is the most unresponsive business I have ever encountered. Next week to them means maybe next month or no response. Lack of follow through resulted in the wrong rock, me having to replace dead plants that should have been done under warranty and irrigation issues that remain unresolved.

We recommend this company for any yard renovations. They were very professional, respectful and reliable. Theyre very busy, but the two-month wait was totally worth it! Kyle pays attention to detail and his company delivered everything we wanted done. These guys will BS you until the warranty runs out. I should have known better when Justin Wixom came out and planned everything with us and then suddenly I couldn't get a hold of him anymore. No response to texts or calls. We got passed on to Jeff Williams, who kept promising they would replace two twigs they placed in my back yard. "They bloom later in the season" he said. It's been 2 years and no bloom. Basically, he promised until the warranty ran out and then he was more than willing to replace it at cost. It's not even about those twigs anymore, it's about trust
