Our hot water tank sprang a leak recently. The previous owner of our home advised us to use Butter Plumbing for any plumbing issues. I called Butter Plumbing late one evening and they answered the phone quickly. The technician on the phone arranged to have a service technician arrive at my home the very next morning at 10:30am. When Carlos arrived, he was neat, clean, prompt, and very educated of his task at hand. Carlos assessed the hot water tank and concluded it needed replacement. I can't say enough nice things about jeremy. If I owned a plumbing company . I'd want him to work for me. He really does care about the customer. He went above and beyond to make sure that everything worked and that I got the right equipment that would last. The price was also very reasonable. I recommend butter plumbing because of the excellent people that they hire Jeremy being one of them.

Chris was at the house twice. Once to diagnose the areas of concern and the 2nd time to make the repairs, once he received the parts he ordered. He was polite, professional, personable and friendly and completed the job in a timely manner. Victoria, in the office was also responsive, friendly and professional. The price I was quoted was the price I paid. I called Butter because the contractor my Home Warranty company referred me to were rude and unhelpful. The Home Warranty are covering my bill for this repair. I have used Butter for other jobs, in the past was was quite happy to use them again

I could not be happier. Butter Plumbing saved me again. Carlos came this time to fix a nightmare. I had rented my house out and just moved back in. My renters got ambitious and did some plumbing work of their own. Nothing worked in the shower, so Carlos had to figure out what they did wrong. Needless to say, it works beautifully now. But before Carlos left, I told him I hadn't even turned the water on in the sink, so he did, it worked fine, but leaked from nearly everywhere underneath the sink. He took care of the problem and now I can use the master bath. I've always gotten the best
